A Study on the Influence Relationship Between Organizational Commitment and Job Performance of Hospital Members? Focusing on Moderating Effect of Leadership Type

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the logical system between organizational commitment and job performance on members of domestic medical institutions, and present specific strategies to increase organizational commitment of hospital members by identifying the moderating effect of the leadership type in a relationship between the two variables. Organizational commitment is the attitude of organizational members who actively sympathize with the goal and value of the organization and strive for organizational development that can be considered as the most important concept not only for hospitals but also for companies that need to secure professional manpower and require efficient management of professionals.
To verify the purpose of this study as the influence relationship between organizational commitment and job performance and the moderating effect of leadership types, this study established 2 research hypotheses and conducted hierarchical regression analysis. First, as a result of this study, it was identified that the organizational commitment of hospital members had a statistically significant effect on job performance improvement. Specially, among affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment, it was identified that continuance commitment and normative commitment make effect on individual performance, and affective commitment and normative commitment make effect on group performance. Secondly, as a result of verifying the moderating effect according to the leadership type when organizational commitment makes effect on job performance, it was identified that it makes moderating effect only on transformational leadership in the relationship between affective commitment and job performance.
This study of great significance in conducting a study on organizational commitment in connection with leadership in hospital medical institutions that have specific internal and external characteristics.
